7aam Arivu directed by AR Murugadoss features Surya and Shruthi Haasan in lead roles. The movie is a Medical thriller and it will simultaneously release in Hindi and also in Telugu.
AR Murgadoss want 7aam Arivu stunt sequences like a Hollywood movie and hence he has chosen Vietnamese actor Johnny Tri Nguyen as the main villain in his 7aam Arivu. Johnny is a martial arts expert and was seen in films like Tom-Yum-Goong and Cradle 2 the Grave. He has also worked as a stunt double in Spider-Man 2.
